About Me

Quilting Frenzy
Bloomington, Indiana, United States
Brenda Kesmodel has been quilting for about 17 years. She has made well over 500 quilts of various sizes, including a unique “Millennium” quilt that contained 2,000 small, separate pieces, each with its own pattern and color. All of Brenda’s quilts are completely handmade, including piecing and quilting. Many of the quilts use Civil War reproduction fabrics, and some are made with 1930’s Aunt Grace fabrics. Most of the material is 100% cotton fabric. Most of the quilts offered can be used as wall-hangings, table quilts, baby quilts and lap quilts. She also has made larger quilts for bedding for relatives and on special request. Brenda's quilts typically require about 20 to 30 hours of work to complete, depending on the size and pattern employed.
